Located in Riyadh, Chalhoub Group, a renowned retail conglomerate, has recently been acknowledged as the only retailer to secure a spot in the top 10 of LinkedIn’s fourth annual list of premier companies to work in Saudi Arabia. This accolade is a testament to the Group’s efforts in fostering career advancement and maintaining a diverse and accommodating work culture.

The LinkedIn evaluation of Saudi Arabian companies is grounded on seven critical factors that influence career growth: promotional prospects, skill development, organizational stability, opportunities outside the company, affinity towards the company, gender diversity, and academic history.
