FTI Consulting Bolsters Middle East Presence with Saudi License

Strategic Expansion in Saudi Arabia for FTI Consulting

Riyadh-based global advisory firm FTI Consulting, Inc. has secured a significant authorization, a Regional Headquarters License (RHQ), from the Saudi Ministry of Investment. This accreditation affirms the company’s dedication to enlarging its operations and enhancing client relations within Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East region.

A senior executive, Vikas Papriwal, who leads FTI Consulting in the Middle East and Africa, expressed excitement over obtaining the RHQ license for their Riyadh branch. He highlighted the license as a pivotal development that mirrors the firm’s enduring endeavors in serving clients within the Kingdom across various sectors such as FTI Consulting, FTI Delta, FTI Capital Advisors, and Compass Lexecon. The Riyadh office is poised to act as a springboard for further investments in their top-tier services, aligning with the ambitious transformation goals of clients in the Kingdom and the region at large.

With over a decade of active presence in Saudi Arabia, FTI Consulting offers an array of business advisory services to both domestic and international corporations, as well as governmental entities. These services span strategy consulting, corporate finance, data privacy, and economic consulting, among others.

Lars Faeste, the EMEA Chairman at FTI Consulting, regards the acquisition of the RHQ license as a vital phase in bolstering the firm’s capabilities within and surrounding Saudi Arabia. He points out that the main driver of their future success will be the investment in their personnel and the exceptional local talent, particularly through local graduate programs.
