Saudi Arabia Gears Up for Inaugural People Analytics Award

Recognizing Excellence in Human Capital Analytics

The kingdom of Saudi Arabia is poised to host a new accolade, the People Analytics Award, designed to honor exceptional use of analytics in enhancing workforce performance and organizational culture.

The creation of the award is spearheaded by Maven Insights, a leading regional management consultancy firm, which endeavors to establish a gold standard for the field of people analytics within the Saudi Arabian market.

“This award is set to recognize and celebrate remarkable accomplishments in the realm of people analytics. It’s an opportunity to highlight innovative practices and strategies that have significantly influenced the market for both organizations and individuals,” explained Alper Kulak, a Senior Partner at Maven Insights.

The award further serves a dual purpose: to introduce the Saudi business sector to international best practices in people analytics and to acknowledge the impressive achievements of local organizations on a global scale.

The support of prominent industry figures is propelling the People Analytics Award towards becoming one of the most esteemed honors in the Saudi human capital field. The first-ever event is scheduled to coincide with the 7th People Analytics Forum (PAForums) in Riyadh. This yearly gathering unites HR leaders to exchange ideas and experiences, and will now also commemorate significant accomplishments.

Insights into the PA Award

Eligibility for the award extends to the people analytics departments of companies based in Saudi Arabia, including those in semi-government and governmental sectors. A rigorous evaluation process will be conducted by a panel of experts who will scrutinize entries on a variety of criteria, with the highest-ranked entries advancing to the final round at the People Analytics Forum.

Entries for the 2024 People Analytics Award are expected to open later this quarter. “We are looking forward to a robust participation from a broad spectrum of organizations vying for this distinguished award,” Kulak expressed with anticipation.
