The Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) has revealed plans for a new Performing Arts Centre in Saudi Arabia, poised to make a significant impact on the cultural fabric of the nation. The inaugural cultural asset of the eminent Qiddiya City, the Performing Arts Centre is projected to attract over 800,000 visitors annually. It stands as the first of many exciting entertainment, sports, and cultural venues, which include the world’s first dedicated Gaming and Esports District, the multi-purpose Prince Mohammed bin Salman Stadium, a state-of-the-art motorsport track, the Dragon Ball Z theme park, and Aquarabia—a pioneering water theme park in Saudi Arabia.
Abdullah Aldawood, Managing Director of QIC, expressed his enthusiasm for the centre, noting that Qiddiya City is not just an entertainment and sports hub but also a vanguard for Saudi culture. The centre also features a cantilevered amphitheatre with stunning views and a versatile 500-seat space suspended aloft.
