In an influential gathering with the leaders of Saudi Foreign Business councils, Hassan bin Mujab Al-Huwaizi, who helms the Federation of Saudi Chambers, disclosed an ambitious development initiative. This initiative is strategically designed to enhance the influence and input of business councils in realizing the objectives set out by Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. Furthermore, it aspires to forge robust trade and investment bonds that will amplify the involvement of the private sector in the nation’s foreign trade.
At the core of this development scheme are several key strategies, with a primary focus on expanding the network of business councils. The plan is to escalate the number of councils from their current count to a total of 70, signifying the creation of 30 additional councils. This expansion is expected to reinforce Saudi Arabia’s commercial and investment connections with over 124 countries globally, signaling a significant leap in international business relations.
