Saudia, Saudi Arabia’s esteemed national airline, has once again been honored with the highest accolade in the Kingdom, leading the YouGov Best Brand Rankings for the third year in a row with an impressive score of 59.4.
The YouGov evaluation employs a robust index score that gauges a brand’s overall health. This is computed by averaging various metrics such as impression, quality, value, satisfaction, recommendation, and reputation over the course of the year.
The Vice President of Marketing at Saudia, Essam Akhonbay, expressed pride in the airline’s achievement, attributing it to a steadfast dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction. He regarded the accolade as a confirmation of the airline’s success over the years.
Achieving the top rank in this highly regarded index reflects our brand’s reputation as a carrier of choice. It mirrors our expertise in understanding and addressing the needs of our guests and providing them with best-in-class services,
Akhonbay remarked.
Saudia’s unwavering commitment to its passengers is further evidenced by its ongoing top placement in the rankings, which is in line with its ambition to be the Wings of Vision 2030. This vision encompasses connecting passengers to over 100 destinations worldwide across four continents.
The airline has made significant investments in its fleet, boasting one of the youngest in the industry, and continues to serve an expansive network that includes approximately 100 destinations globally, in addition to covering all 28 domestic airports within Saudi Arabia.
