Tawaref and SimpliFi Partner to Support MENA Startups

New MoU aims to streamline financial transactions for startups in Saudi Arabia

Riyadh: Tawaref, a Saudi-based investment community that supports startups in the MENA region, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SimpliFi, a leading Cards-as-a-Service (CaaS) platform operating in MENA and Pakistan. This collaboration aims to streamline financial transactions for startups entering the Saudi market by offering flexible solutions for managing funds and expenses in multiple currencies.

Tawaref provides a wide range of services for startups, including company formation, legal and accounting assistance, CEO residency, and government registration through their Saudi Landing Program. This initiative helps non-Saudi startups establish a presence in Saudi Arabia.

By partnering with SimpliFi, Tawaref will utilize SimpliFi’s wallet and card services to offer startups multi-currency wallets, expense tracking, and the ability to hold and instantly transfer money in different currencies. These services, integrated into a single platform, save time and reduce costs associated with international bank transfers.

Saeed Al Ansari, CEO of Tawaref, stated, This partnership reinforces our commitment to providing startups with the resources they need to succeed in Saudi Arabia, offering innovative financial solutions to overcome common challenges and focus on growth and expansion.
