TMC Opens New Office in Saudi Arabia

High-tech consultancy expands presence in the GCC region

Netherlands-based high-tech consultancy TMC has opened a new office in Saudi Arabia, marking its second location in the GCC region.

Headquartered in Eindhoven, TMC specializes in engineering and technology consulting. With a global workforce of 2,700, primarily in Europe, TMC serves various industries including technology, semiconductors, IT services, energy, renewables, and life sciences.

Following its Middle East debut with a Dubai office last year, TMC is now expanding into Saudi Arabia with the aim of becoming the leading consultant for high-tech projects in the country.

Mohamed Jawad, who led the Dubai launch, is also overseeing the Saudi expansion. He emphasized the significance of this move, noting Saudi Arabia’s position among the world’s top 20 largest economies and its numerous high-value projects, many exceeding $5 billion. These projects span modern city infrastructure, engineering, healthcare, construction, renewable energy, and digital transformations, all requiring specialized expertise.

Jawad highlighted TMC’s unique engagement model and its network of skilled experts, positioning the company to support Saudi Arabia’s ambitious growth plans.

With two operational offices in the GCC, Jawad aims to establish a strong brand identity for TMC in the Middle East. Currently, TMC is assisting major banking, finance, insurance, and governmental organizations in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, and the UAE with its technology and engineering services.

From Riyadh to Mexico City

Additionally, TMC has opened a new office in Mexico, which will serve as a crucial nearshore hub for its North American clients.

Emmanuel Mottrie, CEO of TMC Group, stated that with the new offices in Saudi Arabia and Mexico, TMC now operates in 16 countries globally. This expansion is a vital step towards their goal of growing to 10,000 employees worldwide by 2030.
