The Saudi Minister of Economy and Planning, Faisal bin Fadhil Alibrahim, recently held a key meeting with the Director General of the OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID), Dr. Abdulhameed Abdulhamid Al Khalifah, during his formal trip to the Republic of Austria.
