Saudi Arabia’s Real Estate General Authority (REGA) will host the first Global PropTech Summit in Riyadh this October.
Under the patronage of Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Majed Al Hogail, and with the National Housing Company (NHC) as a strategic partner, the event will gather key figures from the real estate and property technology sectors. This includes industry experts, investment fund representatives, and CEOs of major companies.
The summit will feature a proptech exhibition with local and international participants. Attendees can explore the latest innovations, practical applications, and future trends in the industry, in line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals.
With over 100 speakers from 80 countries, the summit aims to foster knowledge exchange and collaboration. Discussions will cover topics like innovation, entrepreneurship in proptech, and the impact of 3D printing technology.
The event will also facilitate partnerships with global entities, providing a platform for emerging companies to showcase their solutions, attract investors, and secure funding.
Given its strategic location, strong economy, and dynamic real estate market, Saudi Arabia is set to become a leading hub for proptech innovation. The Global PropTech Summit highlights this ambition, positioning the Kingdom as a prime location for pioneering proptech solutions with global impact.
