AlShubaily Town: A Visionary Oasis in Al-Khobar

Saudi Arabia's New Luxe Destination Set for 2025

“ARABIAN ALESAAR,” a prominent Saudi Arabian real estate investment firm, is gearing up to unveil its grand development, “AlShubaily Town,” situated in Al-Khobar, Eastern Province, with plans set for the first quarter of 2025.

Spanning 900,000 square meters, the project’s blueprint features a mix of residential, commercial, and leisure facilities, including eateries and the Middle East’s most expansive man-made canal.

“AlShubaily Town” is poised to become the Eastern Province’s pinnacle of luxury tourism, particularly in “Al-Khobar.” Its strategic location on the eastern coastline opposite the King Fahd Causeway, which extends to Bahrain, solidifies its status as a standout tourist magnet in the region and further enhances Al-Khobar city’s appeal, bolstering regional tourism.

The initiative aligns with “ARABIAN ALESAAR’s” vision of spearheading and managing comprehensive projects that amplify the national economy, magnetize investments, and elevate tourism locally and globally. These ventures are instrumental in positioning the Kingdom as an enticing investment and tourism hub, aligning with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

Given its vast expertise in administering sizeable mixed-use developments, “ARABIAN ALESAAR” will manage the operations of “AlShubaily Town.”

The all-encompassing “AlShubaily Town” encompasses the “AlShubaily Grand Mall,” a premier shopping complex in both the Kingdom and the Middle East, with leasing already underway. The project will host 10 opulent five-star hotels managed by leading global hoteliers. It also features 1200 residential units, 600 various retail outlets, 7 amusement zones across 98,000 square meters, and 5000 parking slots. The project includes an artisan village and a carnival village, offering a unique mix of dining and retail experiences.

The “AlShubaily Grand Mall” stands as an architectural wonder, encircled by water on three sides, creating an island illusion atop the Gulf’s waters. Drawing inspiration from Andalusian architecture, particularly the Alhambra palace, the mall is projected to sprawl over 331,000 square meters, boasting a 1.7 km waterfront, over 3000 parking spots, and 400 shops, including 100 international dining establishments and cafes. It will also house a cinema complex with 11 theaters and five entertainment zones spanning 30,000 square meters. Additional highlights include the Valley with its exquisite design, housing renowned global eateries and cafes, a Fishermen’s Village, racing tracks, and other amenities to enrich the visitor experience.

Moreover, the project will feature “Alshubaily Residence,” a residential city with more than 1200 high-end residential units, alongside the 10 five-star hotels overlooking the “AlShubaily Grand Mall,” adding another 2000 parking spaces.

Engineer Saud bin Khalid AlShubaily, CEO of ARABIAN ALESAAR, confirms that the “AlShubaily Town” project represents a significant economic boon for the Eastern Province, promising to propel the national economy and development within the Kingdom, thereby advancing the aims of the Saudi Vision 2030.

It is noteworthy that “ARABIAN ALESAAR” is actively engaged in six large-scale endeavors constructed to international standards, strategically situated in prime areas across the Kingdom such as Riyadh, Mecca, Qatif, and Hail, in addition to Al-Khobar, catering to varied shopping preferences and market demands.
