Salesforce is set to expand its operations in Saudi Arabia by opening a regional headquarters in Riyadh. This move includes a partnership with IBM to establish an AI Center of Excellence, emphasizing the company’s commitment to advancing digital labor through its platform, Agentforce.

The announcement, made during the World Economic Forum, highlights Salesforce’s pledge to upskill 30,000 Saudi citizens in AI by 2030, with a focus on increasing women’s participation in the workforce. Salesforce’s new office in Riyadh will be operational by 2025, with Mohammed Alkhotani as the Senior Vice President of the Middle East. He will lead regional strategies to enhance customer transformation and innovation in AI and digital labor.
