This meeting took place alongside the Global Forum on the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence, a significant event focused on reshaping the framework of AI governance.

Hosted by UNESCO in partnership with Slovenia’s Ministry of Digital Transformation, the forum addressed the dynamic theme of Changing the Landscape of AI Governance. The engagement provided an opportunity for both parties to exchange insights on the efforts of the Kingdom, represented by SDAIA, to bolster the significance of data and AI, amplify awareness of these advanced developmental sectors, and deliberate on AI ethics principles.

The dialogue further encompassed the achievements following the cabinet’s resolution to establish the International Center for Artificial Intelligence Research and Ethics (ICAIRE).
