The UAE-based telecommunications giant e& has revealed its expansion plans within Saudi Arabia, which include the establishment of a new contact centre expected to generate approximately 1,500 job opportunities.
In a strategic move that aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, e& has announced the inauguration of its new Contact and Customer Experience Centre in Riyadh. This development aims to revolutionize customer service standards while concurrently bolstering the local economy through the creation of numerous job positions.
The unveiling event was graced by prominent figures such as Eng. Raed Al Fayez, Deputy Governor of the Communications, Space and Technology Commission for the Technology Sector, and Safa Alrashed, Deputy Minister Assistant of Capabilities Jobs Future. Tariq Al Anqari, CEO of e& enterprise, was also in attendance.

The centre will be outfitted with state-of-the-art communication technology, NOC control, and advanced data centres that meet the country’s cybersecurity standards. It also promises to uphold the highest criteria for quality, security, and continuity in business operations.
Staffed by skilled professionals holding technical and practical certifications in quality management, customer service, and beneficiary experience, e& enterprise’s new Riyadh centre is poised to offer premium customer experience and contact centre management services.
The facility’s establishment will not only provide a conducive environment for nurturing national talent but will also stimulate investment in business outsourcing, call centres, and control sectors.
