The occasion is set to elevate Saudi Arabia’s stature as a premier global hub for business, tourism, and innovation. It will also encourage global dialogue and cultural exchanges, fostering a more affluent global community, as per Alibrahim’s insights.
The economic and social advantages of hosting Expo 2030 are expansive, including the potential for GDP growth, new job opportunities, and increased investment. The event is projected to invigorate sectors such as tourism, construction, and services.
Expo 2030 is anticipated to draw numerous visitors, stimulating expansion in hospitality and retail, and bolstering consumer expenditure. It will also provide a venue for Saudi investors to forge partnerships and interact with international firms from diverse industries.
According to Alibrahim, hosting the expo aligns with the Kingdom’s endeavors to enhance the quality of life and the standard of products and services in healthcare, education, and transportation.
Ever since the announcement of the successful bid in November, the Kingdom has started to experience the positive impacts, and these are expected to extend beyond the expo’s duration. These benefits are reflected in the ongoing infrastructure projects aimed at preparing for the expo, as well as in upcoming events and activities set to occur in the Kingdom.
