The Trade Promotion Organization (TPO) of Iran, in collaboration with the Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (TCCIMA), organized a conference in Tehran to explore trade opportunities between Iran and Saudi Arabia. The event was attended by Iranian business operators and entrepreneurs interested in trade with the kingdom.
The conference aimed to discuss ways of expanding economic relations between the two countries. Abdol-Amir Rabihavi, the director general of TPO’s West Asia Office, highlighted the benefits of increasing economic and trade relations with Saudi Arabia. He emphasized the important role of the private sector in developing trade relations with the country.
Rabihavi pointed out that the private sector is more agile in economic exchanges and faces fewer bureaucratic restrictions. He stated, “The participation of the private sector will be the basis for the expansion of business relations with Saudi Arabia.”
This conference signifies the efforts to strengthen bilateral trade between Iran and Saudi Arabia, recognizing the potential for economic growth and cooperation.
