“JINGDONG Logistics’ presence supports Saudi Arabia’s ambition to become a global logistics hub, raising service standards and fostering employment and innovation in line with Vision 2030,” said a representative from the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services.
“The launch of JoyExpress is a milestone in JD.com’s international strategy and will bring advanced logistics and large-item delivery capabilities to Saudi Arabia, supporting local sector development,” added a senior JINGDONG Logistics executive.
With JoyExpress, JINGDONG Logistics now operates a fully self-managed logistics chain in the Middle East, spanning warehousing, transport, and last-mile delivery. The company plans to further expand its warehousing network, international routes, and multimodal transport to enhance service for customers and partners across the region.
