Noor Alzayer has been at the forefront of developing strategic partnerships as the Experience Partnership Management Director at King Abdullah Financial District since July 2023. Her astute leadership has been instrumental in forming alliances that bolster marketing, corporate communication endeavors, and enhance customer experiences. These collaborations have been key in creating value, driving lead generation, and elevating the brand’s profile.

Alzayer’s extensive responsibilities encompass forging and enacting partnership agreements, overseeing significant asset collections, leveraging key events and experiences via sponsorships, and managing the rollout of commercial rights.

Before her tenure with King Abdullah Financial District, Alzayer made significant contributions to stc starting in 2019. As a senior consultant, she was pivotal in setting up the partnerships and sponsorships department, strategizing partnerships, and overseeing large-scale projects like LEAP, GITEX Dubai, MWC Barcelona, Saudi Cup, and more.

She was also an integral part of a specialized in-house consultancy development program, delivering expertise in sponsorship, partnerships, branding, public relations, event management, and marketing communications within the stc group.

In her earlier career, Alzayer managed marketing and events for Lincoln International in 2017, focusing on the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, as well as corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Between 2013 and 2017, she was a corporate relationship manager at Banque Saudi Fransi, following the completion of their professional development program. Additionally, she gained experience at Gulf International Bank in Bahrain as an assistant relationship manager.

Alzayer’s foray into marketing began in 2012 at OILWELL7 marketing agency where she successfully managed her first international event in Ottawa, Canada.

She is a graduate of Portland State University, holding a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on finance. Alzayer has also earned certifications from the Project Management Institute in PMP, PMI-ACP, and PMI-PBA. Her executive education includes certifications from INSEAD, Oxford University, and the London Business School, which cover topics such as branding, marketing, strategy execution, and building digital partnerships.
