The Saudi Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Bandar Alkhorayef, has unveiled the Rafed Program. This initiative focuses on creating innovative factories within universities and technical colleges across the Kingdom.

The program seeks to build strong partnerships with academic institutions to leverage innovation and research in advanced manufacturing. It particularly targets promising sectors identified by the National Industrial Strategy.
