The Saudi capital of Riyadh is poised to become a hub for the latest in property trends, focusing on innovative and sustainable practices, as it prepares to host the third Saudi Real Estate Future Forum. This significant event is scheduled to take place from January 22 to 24 and will convene under the theme: “The Power of Flexibility… Building a Sustainable and Prosperous Real Estate Future.”
Anticipation is high with over 300 speakers from 85 nations, spanning both public and private sectors, slated to participate. The forum, endorsed by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, will see a diverse group of local and international economists, investors, decision-makers, and real estate professionals gathering, as reported by the Saudi Press Agency.
According to Ministry spokesperson Saif Al-Suwailem, the forum is set to highlight the real estate sector’s integral role in driving economic and social advancement. The platform provided by the event is expected to be instrumental in broadening horizons, and fostering both local and international exchanges of expertise and experiences.
The Kingdom is currently amidst a period of urban and real estate transformation, propelled by a series of large-scale, multifaceted development projects. The forum will serve as a stage to showcase these triumphs, discuss worldwide best practices, delve into cutting-edge technologies and their applications, and advocate for sustainable development as a pathway to a more advanced and promising future.
Over the course of the forum, attendees will delve into more than 30 discussion panels and 25 workshops. These sessions will cover strategic topics critical to the industry, such as innovative approaches in real estate, sector developments, challenges, new prospects, emerging trends, sustainable finance solutions, and the sector’s influence on the business landscape’s quality.
The dialogues will also address the sector’s growth and sustainability strategies, the transformation of real estate business, and the potential future impacts of technological advancements on architectural innovation and urban adaptability.
