Upon the completion of these developments, Rotana will have bolstered its portfolio in the kingdom to 4,400 rooms across 16 facilities.

With ambitious developments and plans at hand, Rotana’s continuous engagement showcases our commitment to shaping the future of tourism in the vibrant Saudi Arabia market, expressed Eddy Tannous, the Chief Operating Officer of Rotana.

Rotana’s current operations include 74 hotels across the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe, and Türkiye, catering to over six million guests annually. Its extensive portfolio includes 19,237 rooms under six brands, with a significant presence of 10,159 rooms in the UAE’s 36 hotels, and a substantial footprint in Saudi Arabia with 2,200 rooms across eight hotels.

Looking beyond Saudi Arabia, Rotana has a number of projects in the pipeline for 2024 within the GCC region. These include the Onyx Arjaan by Rotana in Manama, Bomonti Arjaan by Rotana in Istanbul, Riviera Rayhaan by Rotana in Doha, and the Luxor Rotana Resort in Luxor.

Moreover, the company is poised to enter the Algerian market with the opening of the Azure Rotana Resort and Spa in Oran, while the Bloom Arjaan by Rotana on Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Island is expected to welcome guests this year.

Extending its reach beyond the GCC, Rotana has set its sights on the UK market. The company has announced plans to establish its first UK properties with up to 1,500 rooms under the Centro brand in greater London, including a 31-apartment Centro Kingston slated for a 2024 launch.

With a global vision, Rotana aims to attain 28,000 rooms across 120 operational hotels by the year 2030, marking a significant milestone in the company’s expansion trajectory.
