The Federation of Saudi Chambers (FSC) has recently unveiled plans to significantly enhance its network of business councils, increasing the total count to 70. This strategic initiative will expand the Federation’s engagement to encompass 124 nations worldwide.
Hassan Al-Huwaizi, the president of the FSC, shared the news during an engagement with leaders of Saudi Foreign Business councils. This growth is a component of a broader development program designed to amplify the influence and participation of these councils in realizing the objectives of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
With a focus on creating robust trade and investment alliances, the project seeks to augment the private sector’s role in international commerce. This initiative is in harmony with Saudi Arabia’s overarching economic strategy, which includes diversifying its economy and broadening its international trade presence.
The expansion of the business council network is poised to enhance international collaborations, paving the way for new trade and investment opportunities that align with the Kingdom’s long-term economic ambitions.
