The Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources of Saudi Arabia, Bandar bin Ibrahim Alkhorayef, conducted an informative visit to the Tanger Med Port Center located in Morocco. This step underlines the commitment to strengthening relations between the two kingdoms.

Throughout his visit, Alkhorayef was introduced to the intricate processes involved in container handling. Tanger Med Port stands as a critical hub for over 1,200 companies engaging in diverse sectors such as automotive, aviation, and textiles. Impressively, the port manages the annual throughput of roughly 9 million containers.

Joining the minister on this excursion were Khalid bin Saleh Al-Mudaifer, Vice Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources for Mining Affairs, and Dr. Sami bin Abdullah Al-Saleh, the Saudi ambassador to Morocco.
