The General Real Estate Authority (REGA) is marking its presence at the prestigious MIPIM real estate exhibition currently underway in Cannes, which commenced on March 12 and will conclude on March 15.
During this four-day event, REGA’s display booth is dedicated to presenting the real estate regulations and key organizational measures of the sector. The authority’s spokesperson, Tayseer Al Mufarrej, expressed that REGA’s involvement is driven by its commitment to showcase the advancements of the Saudi real estate market and its role in broadening investment avenues, aligning with the strategic Saudi Vision 2030.
Al Mufarrej emphasized that REGA, along with various government entities, are demonstrating their expertise and best practices in regulatory frameworks, which are consistently met with considerable interest at international forums. He further outlined that the authority’s objectives at MIPIM include enhancing awareness and stimulating investments in the Saudi property market.
The International Real Estate Exhibition, also known as MIPIM, has been a recurring event since 1990 in the scenic city of Cannes. Renowned as a premier and internationally acclaimed property summit, it unites leading figures from the construction and real estate sectors. This year’s installment has drawn participation from over 300 global organizations and enterprises involved in property marketing and development, as well as upwards of 6,500 investors.
