The agreement was signed at the King Abdulaziz International Convention Centre in Riyadh. Key figures such as Badr Al Sadhan, CEO & Vice Chairman of Al Sadhan, and Evgeny Chernikov, COO of Yango Tech, were present at the ceremony.
Yango Tech will introduce advanced technology to improve the retail experience for Al Sadhan and SPAR customers. This includes a custom-branded mobile app and website with AI-driven features like personalized shopping, integrated loyalty programs, and seamless e-wallets.
The proprietary Product Information Management (PIM) system from Yango Tech will ensure accurate product data across all digital platforms, enabling smart, targeted offers to boost customer retention and enhance the shopping experience.
Al Sadhan Group, a family-owned retail business with over 30 stores, is among Saudi Arabia’s top 10 retailers. The company is set to significantly expand its online operations, leveraging its extensive experience in retail, real estate, investment, and more.
