The match, which ended with scores of 4:6, 6:3, 6:2, took place in the Kingdom Arena and marked a highlight of the Riyadh Season Women’s Tennis Cup on Tuesday.

Sabalenka, at the age of 25, boasts an impressive track record in the tennis world. She reached the pinnacle of the singles rankings in September and has since collected 13 singles titles, including triumphs at the prestigious Australian Open and the Madrid Open in 2023. Her skill extends to doubles as well, with 6 tournament victories, among them the Australian Open in 2021.
