Global real estate advisor CBRE has officially opened its new office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The company has been serving clients in Saudi Arabia for over 15 years and currently has a team of more than 300 real estate experts in the Kingdom. To accommodate its growing headcount and anticipate further growth, CBRE’s leadership team decided it was time for a transition to a new and larger office.
The new office is located on the eighth floor of the iconic Al Faisaliah Tower in Riyadh. It has been designed to cater to the needs of the modern work environment, encouraging collaboration and flexibility among team members. CBRE leader Pedro Ribeiro stated that the new office represents a significant business milestone and demonstrates the company’s dedication to contributing to the development of the Kingdom and its Vision 2030.
Nicholas Maclean, Managing Director of CBRE in the Middle East, expressed pride in the opening of the new office, noting that it comes at a time of unprecedented development in Saudi Arabia. He emphasized that this strategic milestone reflects CBRE’s commitment to fostering local partnerships, driving innovation, and helping clients realize their potential in Saudi Arabia’s dynamic business landscape.
Last month, CBRE was recognized as the leading real estate consulting firm in the Middle East by Consultancy Middle East. The company has worked on notable projects in Saudi Arabia, including the largest standalone hotel transaction in Jeddah and over 30 mega and giga projects as part of Vision 2030. Since 2021, CBRE has supported the valuation of more than 700,000 real estate assets in Saudi Arabia as part of the Kingdom’s transformational change initiatives.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by senior figures from CBRE and beyond, including Prince Mohammed bin Turki bin Abdullah Al Saud, Prince Naif bin Turki bin Abdullah Al Saud, and Anshuman Magazine. CBRE’s presence in Saudi Arabia also extends to Jeddah, where the company is based in the Al Murjana Tower. Overall, CBRE has around 1,300 professionals in the Middle East.
