Oracle has partnered with Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and the National eLearning Center to train 50,000 Saudi citizens in artificial intelligence and digital skills. This initiative aims to prepare participants for technology-driven careers and support the country’s broader digital transformation goals.
The program, called ‘Mostaqbali’ (My Future), is designed to promote lifelong learning and increase job opportunities for Saudis. It targets a wide range of learners, from students and early-career professionals to women re-entering the workforce, helping to build a skilled local talent pool aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
Officials from the Ministry and NeLC highlighted the importance of this collaboration in expanding digital expertise and fostering innovation. Oracle representatives emphasized the company’s commitment to growing local talent as Saudi Arabia continues to invest in cloud infrastructure and digital technologies.
Participants in the Mostaqbali program will access digital training through Oracle MyLearn, receiving foundational and advanced instruction in areas such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, DevOps, and data science. The program also offers professional certifications and digital badges to signal job readiness, supporting both career development and employer recruitment.
This collaboration is expected to play a significant role in Saudi Arabia’s efforts to become a global leader in digital learning and innovation, with forecasts suggesting a substantial economic impact from AI adoption in the coming years.
