The disclosure, made during the LEAP 2024 event, indicates that the Centre of Excellence will draw upon Atos’ extensive experience in delivering superior IT services and solutions for major global sports events. It will be dedicated to crafting advanced technological applications to enhance the experiences of athletes, spectators, and the broader sports sector in Saudi Arabia.
This strategic move aligns with Saudi Arabia’s ambitious ‘Vision 2030’, which aims to transform the Kingdom into a prime destination for the most prestigious international sports events.
Atos’ new MENA headquarters in Saudi Arabia will place the company at the vanguard of the region’s digital transformation, contributing to a vibrant economy and fostering innovation for local private sector initiatives.
