Oracle and Saudi partners launch AI and tech education for 50,000 nationals

Oracle has partnered with Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and the National eLearning Center to deliver advanced digital and AI skills training to 50,000 Saudi nationals. This initiative aims to prepare participants for technology-driven roles that are increasingly in demand.

The collaboration will introduce the ‘Mostaqbali’ program, designed to promote continuous learning, support local employment, and accelerate the country’s digital transformation by developing homegrown talent. The program is open to all Saudis, from students to professionals, with particular attention to women and those early in their careers.

The training will be delivered through Oracle’s MyLearn platform, offering foundational and advanced courses in areas such as cloud computing, DevOps, AI, and data science. Participants can earn certifications and badges to showcase their skills and improve their employment prospects.

The initiative is expected to strengthen Saudi Arabia’s digital workforce and support organizations seeking local expertise to drive innovation and growth in the evolving tech landscape.
