The Children with Disability Association in Saudi Arabia has embarked on an innovative partnership with Amazon, introducing an Alexa-based program tailored for educational and rehabilitative purposes.
Original Arabic content has been developed specifically for Alexa-enabled devices to meet the rehabilitation requirements of children, as announced by the Saudi Press Agency.
A total of 28 Alexa devices have been installed across different classrooms and rehabilitation spaces, signaling a step forward in modernizing the association’s educational settings.
Under the leadership of Ahmed Al-Tamimi, CEO of the Children with Disability Association, a group that included Alexa, Amazon, and Ministry of Education representatives, visited the Riyadh center on March 7th.
The tour was a demonstration of the integration of Alexa devices into the center’s daily programs and served as a discussion platform for the expanded role this technology could play in aiding specialists and children with disabilities.
