Lucidya, a leading AI-driven customer experience management platform in the Arab region, has been awarded a SAR 5 million grant by Saudi Arabia’s National Technology Development Program (NTDP). This funding is set to boost Lucidya’s growth and regional market presence, strengthening its position in the AI and CXM sectors.
The NTDP, under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, aims to support promising tech companies and advance the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. This grant will enable Lucidya to enhance its operations, innovate its products, and enter new markets.
This announcement coincides with the launch of the second phase of MCIT’s Source Tech initiative, which focuses on enhancing Saudi Arabia’s digital economy by localizing app development and positioning the country as a digital innovation hub.
Ziyad Binsulaiman, Lucidya’s Business Development Director, stated that the grant will help accelerate growth and support Saudi Arabia’s goal of becoming a global tech leader by transforming customer experience management.
