Nintex, a leader in process intelligence and automation, has inaugurated a new office in Riyadh, marking a significant investment in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.

Nintex’s platform is widely used by over 10,000 organizations worldwide to enhance digital transformation by managing, automating, and optimizing business processes. This expansion aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, focusing on modernization and technological growth.

“Saudi Arabia is vital for technology as it aims for modernization and infrastructure development,” stated Amit Mathradas, CEO of Nintex. “Our expanded presence in the Kingdom demonstrates our commitment to supporting digital transformation and investing in local talent.”

The new office in Al Olaya, Riyadh, is a strategic move, with plans to hire local talent across various departments such as customer success, IT, sales, and more. The role of Vice President and General Manager for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) is being established to lead operations in the region, with Ayman El-Hattab currently overseeing this role.

Nintex’s platform supports key Saudi initiatives like the National Industrial Development and Logistics Program (NIDLP) and the National Transformation Program (NTP).

Nintex K2 Product Enhancements

Nintex continues to invest in its K2 product offerings, focusing on:

  • Translations and Localization: K2 now supports Arabic natively, alongside French, German, and Spanish.
  • Modern Experiences: Enhancements in SmartForms and updated themes for a better user experience.
  • Integration and Modernization: New integrations with Nintex RPA and DocGen, and updated extensibility standards.
  • Governance and Management: Improved workflow management and additional escalation and exception handling features.
