The quantum computing firm Pasqal, headquartered in Paris, has made headlines by confirming a pivotal agreement with Aramco, the Saudi Arabian oil behemoth. The collaboration is poised to introduce the nation’s maiden quantum computer.
Under the terms of the partnership, Pasqal will undertake the setup, upkeep, and operation of a quantum computer sporting 200 qubits, with plans to commence in the latter half of 2025.
