Saudi Arabian Airlines, colloquially known as SAUDIA, has proudly announced its participation in the third iteration of the LEAP tech conference. This prestigious event is taking place from the 4th to the 7th of March, 2024, at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center.
At the forefront of SAUDIA’s exhibition is its array of digital advancements, signaling a transformative phase in its service offerings through the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. The airline is also showcasing its enhanced integrated connectivity services, designed to offer a seamless digital travel experience to a broad spectrum of travelers.
Visitors are welcomed at SAUDIA’s pavilion, located at Stand No. A02, where they can immerse themselves in an interactive display of digital projects that align with the objectives of the Saudi Vision 2030.
A highlight of SAUDIA’s technological showcase is the ‘Travel Companion,’ an AI-driven virtual assistant crafted to simplify booking procedures, flight scheduling, and the discovery of destinations. This innovation promises to revamp the travel experience through its intelligent capabilities, including both text and voice interaction. Notably, SAUDIA is the first airline in the region to bring this advanced tool into the market, offering a beta version at the conference for an exclusive first-hand experience.
In addition, the airline is introducing ‘GovClick,’ an e-wallet service that streamlines government ticket processing and post-sale services on a consolidated digital platform.
Vice President of Digital Transformation at SAUDIA Group, Manal Alshehri, emphasizes the significance of the airline’s presence at this global gathering, underscoring the Kingdom’s growing reputation as a hub for major international events across various sectors. She notes the synchrony of SAUDIA’s showcase with the broader digital transformation initiatives taking root in different industries, which are pivotal to the new era’s focus on enhancing guest services and operational efficiency through AI.
