Ronn Inc. expects to establish a regional headquarters and work with partners experienced in rail, real estate, transportation, and large-scale infrastructure projects.

Further phases of the partnership will be announced as plans are finalized. The company notes that all forward-looking statements are subject to change due to various risks and uncertainties.
